Alex is our gentle force—calm, grounded, and quietly powerful behind the chair.

A graduate of the Hair Design Centre in Halifax, NS (2017), Alex also studied Makeup Artistry and Design at Eastern College and Nova Scotia College of Art & Design. With a professional background that spans both hair and makeup, she brings a refined eye for detail and a well-rounded creative approach to her craft. Having perfected her craft in top salons from the East to West Coast, she’s styled for studio headshots, weddings, and editorial photoshoots. She’s as versatile as she is skilled. 

She’s a master in effortless blondes, blends, lived-in colour, and styling. Her work feels natural yet polished—the kind of hair that looks beautiful in every light and grows out gracefully.

Inspired by industry talents like Belinda Lee Mills and Diana Vivilecchia, Alex thrives in creative spaces. Whether drawing from art, travel, or the energy of other creatives, she infuses her work with vibrancy and a fresh, modern perspective.

Outside the salon, Alex is all about movement and balance. You’ll find her painting, dancing, biking, practicing yoga, or soaking up the sun whenever she can. She has a fiercely competitive streak when it comes to board games (truly, proceed with caution) and dreams of visiting Iceland for its surreal, otherworldly landscapes.

If she could have lunch with anyone, it would be her grandmother because “...some people leave an impact that lasts a lifetime.” That same warmth and intention carry into how she connects with every client who sits in her chair.

Her daily essential? Matcha. Her favourite sidekick? Flash, her rescue dog. One word to describe her? Calm…until games night.
